    MULTI-DISCIPLINARY AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS

    From its’ inception RES Partners is a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team that collaborates to provide integrated problem solving capability for our clients. Each person has the experience of working in multiple industries with very large organizations, in addition to small businesses and new ventures.

    Every member of the Res Partners team works collaboratively to understand each client’s unique situation. This enables each of our Principals to support and supplement the core team for a specific client when their particular expertise is needed. This ability to seamlessly move expertise in and out of the client team also ensures we bring a diverse set of ideas to tackle challenges and deliver outstanding results.

    INTERIM EXECUTIVE SERVICES

    If a client needs a key executive position filled on a temporary basis, the entire Res Partners’ team are experienced senior executives who can step-in and get up-to-speed quickly. As part of our Interim Executive Service, we not only take over the day-to-day management, but can also help with the search, interviewing and selection process for the executive position.

    EXECUTIVE SUITE TIME SHARE

    Many of our venture and small business clients cannot afford and/or do not have the need for full-time executives in all business functions. The entire Res Partners team can serve as an extension the client’s resource-limited management team. In this role, we not only create strategies but we can also be counted on to implement the tactics necessary, and measure the results.The client pays a modest monthly retainer in exchange for an extensive set of executive capabilities across a diverse array of business functions.

    The Res Partners team, in effect, fills the “unfilled” executive functions at the right time and for just the amount of time needed. Essentially, we can add or subtract functional capabilities on an as needed basis. (For example: a client might need Financial and Marketing support for several days a week, but only needs Executive HR help for a few hours once every couple of months).

    MANAGEMENT TEAM ADVISORY SERVICES

    Ventures and Small to Medium size businesses are often so resource constrained that they struggle with issues concerning growth and scale. Our team of Consulting Principals brings skills and experience that are a compliment to the internal management team, and internal management view. Working with the clients’ leadership, we meet on a periodic basis to provide an objective point of view and outside ideas. In this role, we act as a catalyst for strategic and operational decision-making, and strive to be a business accelerator by providing directional guidance and focus. In addition, the business benefits both from the knowledge transfer and the business introductions provided by Res Partners Consulting Principals.

    ROUNDTABLE SERVICES

    A half-day or one-day workshop to help a CEO and the leadership team think through one or two high priority items to create a “breakthrough” for the business.
