- Lead, Facilitate and Project Manage the transition of the NJEDA to a new strategy and structure
- Support of the consolidation of the NJ Dept of Commerce into the NJEDA, and reviewed of their “go-to-market” model
- Provided strategic support for the CEO and the Executive Team (CEO’s direct reports) at the Streets Department, City of Philadelphia
- Led negotiations and contracting of multiple services agreements between Komen and NJ Department of Health and Senior Services, NJ CEED, NJ 211, NJ EASE and Federally Qualified Health Centers to provide education, screening & treatment to medically underserved populations. Oversaw tailored service delivery across state agencies
- Designed and implemented cash management process improvements for the NJ Dept of Human Services
- Experienced in leading government lobbying efforts at both the Federal, State and Local level in the public policy arena for wireless and broadband IP telecommunications
- Provided presentations to the FCC, USTR, State Department and other federal agencies relative to spectrum policy, next generation technology and global market trends
- Drove the establishment of commercial wireless broadband telecommunications for Public Safety applications and established programs within the American Recovery and Reinvestmant Act (ARRA) of 2009 in support of Broadband Stimulus funding at the State and local level
- Process improvement and design for the State of NJ Department of Motor Vehicles
- Quality Assurance for the payroll system for the City of NY involving dozens of separate Labor Union Agreements
