Carol is an accomplished senior finance executive with deep experience in guiding business growth, developing and implementing cost-effective operational solutions, building and leading finance teams, implementing financial systems, policies, and procedures, and integrating business acquisitions at highly complex, rapidly evolving, global organizations. She excels at conceiving and implementing creative yet effective solutions to complex, cross-functional challenges. At RES Partners, Carol works with CEOs and senior executives at client organizations to address their strategic, financial and operational concerns and create the conditions for successful outcomes.
Previously, Carol held a series of financial leadership roles at Pfizer Inc., including Corporate Assistant Treasurer and Corporate Officer, and global/regional CFO roles – as VP of Finance – for the pharmaceuticals, medical device and consumer healthcare divisions. Prior to Pfizer, Carol held a series of planning, forecasting and budgeting roles of increasing responsibility at Mobil Oil Corporation.
Carol received an MBA in Finance and International Business and an MA in Economics, both from the Fox Business School at Temple University. She has a BA with Distinction in Economics and French from the University of Delaware. Carol also earned MA and BA credits in France, at l’Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales and at l’Alliance Francaise, respectively. She was recognized as YWCA Woman Achiever of the Year in 1997.
